Roundtable of Mayors and Ministers, Fourth Meeting

The Fourth OECD Roundtable provides mayors and environmental and finance ministers from cities around the world with a closed-door setting to discuss how to achieve economic recovery and resilient cities through investments in urban sustainability. Policy dialogues will focus on financing the growth sectors of buildings, transport, and energy; key findings will contribute to the ongoing dialogue between policy makers at all levels of government in preparation for Rio+20.
This event is being co-organised by the OECD, the City of Chicago, the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The OECD Secretary-General, Angel Gurría; the Mayor of the City of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel; the Mayor of the City of New York and Chairman of the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, Michael Bloomberg; and the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Shaun Donovan, will jointly preside over the meeting.
