Theme : Digital city

With the rapid growth of digital services, the city is entering the 2.0 era. Thanks to the new services it offers, the digital city facilitates practices and optimises available functions. But all this has a cost and a price (particularly as concerns privacy). How can we encourage universal access to these new functionalities? How do we maintain social cohesion and the human dimension?
