The City Factory relies on three complementary decision-making bodies :

The Board of Directors

Every year, the Board of Directors, made up of members of VINCI's Executive Committee, assesses the year's initiatives and suggests new avenues for work.

The Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee meets four times a year to decide on the City Factory's work programme, the themes to be tackled in the seminars and the different research programmes supported by the City Factory.

The Permanent Team

The Permanent Team is responsible for coordinating the City Factory's work on a day-to-day basis. It organises events and coordinates research work and publications. It facilitates the development of partnerships and coordinates the network of City Factory members
