Chief Architect of the City of Barcelona
Oriol Clos is currently Director of Urbanism, Chief architect of the City Council of Barcelona. He graduated as an Architect at the School of Architectur Of Barcelona, Universitat Politècnicade Catalunya.
From 1990 to 2002, he was Associated Professor of Urban Project at the School of Architecture of Barcelona. From 1983 to 2000, he worked on his private architectural practice, on a wide range of building and planning projects. From 2000 to 2003, he was Director of Urbanism of the public society of the City Council of Barcelona 22@bcn for the development of the former industrial sector of Poblenou. From 2003 to 2005, he was Director of Plans and Urban Projects, City Council of Barcelona.
