What are citizens’ expectations in respect of mobility?

The issue of mobility has a direct impact on city lifestyles. What are city-dwellers’ expectations today and what tradeoffs are they prepared to make in respect of travel time, comfort, price and the environmental impact of the ways in which they get around in the city? A study carried out at the beginning of 2008 in four countries (France, Russia, Germany, Great Britain) will provide some answers to these questions.
