Which scenarios for the Paris Region

Pirandello, a modelling tool developed by VINCI Concessions teams, was designed to measure the impact of any public planning and infrastructure decision on the major urban equilibriums: population density, spatial distribution of inhabitants, quality of life and the environment, etc. The main development options for the region currently being debated will be simulated to assess their impact. Which development options should be chosen? What kind of transport options should we choose? How can we foster development of the region?
