Scientific committee

The City Factory brings together, around VINCI's chairman Yves-Thibault de Silguy, the top French and foreign specialists (USA, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, etc.) from a variety of complementary backgrounds: universities, business, political circles, non-governmental organisations, government ministries and decentralised administrations, etc.
The scientific committee is tasked with preparing the Factory's work – seminars, morning debates and publications. It also guarantees the scientific quality of its public pronouncements and publications.
