Strategy Director of the Olympic Park Legacy Company (OPLC)
Richard Brown is currently Strategy Director of the Olympic Park Legacy Company (OPLC). He has previously run his own consultancy practice and worked for the Mayor of London: setting up the Mayor's office, working as private secretary to London Mayor Ken Livingstone and setting up the Mayor's Architecture and Urbanism Unit, as well as leading the Greater London Authority’s work on the London 2012 bid. He graduated from London University and Oxford University. His research work covers urban regeneration, governance and planning, with a focus on developing partnerships and strategies for complex urban change programmes.
