Project director
La Fabrique de la Cité
A former student of the École normale supérieure de Lyon and a graduate of Université Paris Dauphine and ESSEC Business School (Urban Economics Chair), Constance joined La Fabrique de la Cité in September 2024 as Project Director.
She previously worked at Bouygues Immobilier (2014–2024) as a project manager, deputy director, and then director of major project development within a team specializing in the planning of low-carbon, innovative, and mixed-use neighborhoods.
Deeply committed to urban planning and ecological transition challenges faced by local authorities, Constance is responsible for leading the urban research initiatives conducted by La Fabrique de la Cité, in close collaboration with pioneering territories and local stakeholders.
