Dominique Consille has been director of the “Action Cœur de Ville” (ACV) and “Petites Villes de Demain” (PVD) programmes at the Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires (ANCT) since 2023, after a rich career in the service of the State.
Former sub-prefect in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Dinan, Châteaulin, Château-Salins, she has piloted complex territorial projects, managed crises (Brexit, migration, Covid) and accompanied economic changes. She also held responsibilities in the Ministry of Labour, with strong expertise in employment, vocational training and economic revitalization.
Trained as a lawyer, she has a degree in public law and public administration.
