Marianne Laloy Borgna is a study supervisor at La Fabrique de la Cité.
Holder of a Master 2 in Public Affairs, ecological transitions (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a Master 2 in Local Geopolitics (Institut français de géopolitique), Marianne has worked in the council to local authorities on topics related to the ecological transition and in a think tank specialized in transport policies.
Marianne joined the team of La Fabrique de la Cité in November 2023.
