Graduated from the École polytechnique and the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech (former Ecole nationale des ponts et chaussées), Virginie Leroy joined VINCI Immobilier in 2010 as director of corporate real estate projects. In 2015, she took over the management of the planning and major urban projects department at VINCI Immobilier and then became deputy general manager for corporate real estate and development.
In March 2022, she was appointed Director General of Residential Real Estate and Regions. On 1 August 2023, Virginie Leroy becomes president of VINCI Immobilier.
