He began his career in 1990 between Paris and Brussels as head of the European affairs office of the Ministry of Agriculture, where he contributed to the first reform of the CAP.
He joined the company in 1992 as director of external relations at EuroDisney to facilitate the development of the first European tourist destination and the creation of the urban centre of the Val d’Europe.
Since 1997, he has been deputy general secretary of the national mission chaired by Jean-Jacques Aillagon to produce the public cultural event celebrating the year 2000 in France, in partnership with major regional metropolises.
In 2001, he joined the Regional Council of Ile-de-France as director of Habitat-Culture-Solidarités to coordinate the development of these new public policies. Following decentralization, he was appointed deputy director general of services in 2005 to create and manage the «Society» division, which is responsible for housing and city policy, health and social training, culture, sport and tourism.
In 2016, he became director general of the services of the new research university Paris Sciences & Lettres and then advisor to the cabinet of its president.
He was appointed Inspector General of Agriculture in 2018; within the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas, he oversees the digital transformation of the sector and carries out evaluation and advisory missions.
In 2023, he was appointed Senior Digital Officer of the Department.
