Following up on its 2017 study on temporary housing for refugees in European cities, La Fabrique de la Cité is conducting a new research project on the subject of affordable housing in select growing European metropolises: Paris, London, Bordeaux, Berlin, Munich, Stockholm, and Warsaw. With this project, La Fabrique de la Cité aims to understand the causes of the current affordable housing shortage and to identify potential solutions, whether architectural, financial, regulatory, or governance-related.
