Carla is a research officer at La Fabrique de la Cité.
Originally from southeastern France, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Franco-German law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf. She then pursued a degree in public law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, before focusing her Master’s degree at the Sorbonne on political science, with a concentration in development and humanitarian action. Carla completed her end-of-studies internship at the Ministry of Local Authorities. She then worked for a year at the Ministry of Housing, in the office of Minister Valérie Létard, as a parliamentary staffer.
Passionate about the challenges of ecological transition and urban transformation, Carla is particularly interested in regional public policy and the policy tools that can support the evolution of cities.
She joined the team at La Fabrique de la Cité in January 2026.
