Millennials: the omnipresent term alternately arouses doubt, irony, and weariness. This remarkable Millennial, to whom the media so often attribute profoundly distinctive characteristics, is above all a mystery, more an object of fantasy than scientific deduction.

Are Millennials really those ultra-connected urban youths, detached from the idea of ownership, uninterested in cars and traditional offices? From housing to transport and political involvement, we used seven popular beliefs as a starting point for the deconstruction of the Millennial “urban legend”.
