A graduate of the École normale supérieure de Lyon, with degrees from Paris Dauphine University and ESSEC (Urban Economics Chair), Constance joined the team at La Fabrique de la Cité in September 2024 as project director. She has served as executive director since October 2026.
She previously worked at Bouygues Immobilier (2014–2024) as a project manager, deputy director, and then director of major project development within a team specializing in the planning of low-carbon, innovative, and mixed-use neighborhoods.
Passionate about the urban planning and ecological transition challenges faced by local governments, Constance is responsible for leading the urban planning initiatives carried out by La Fabrique de la Cité in collaboration with innovative regions and in close partnership with local stakeholders.
